VERGE GEORGIA TOP - SHELL

Elegant Georgia top with feature ruffles at the front.  Mandarin collar.  The top can be fastened at the neck or opened to the V neckline.  Soft gather at the top of the sleeve.  Full-length sleeve gathered to half-shirred cuff.  The Georgia top falls just below the hip.
