Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods such as Christmas and New Year, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s delivery.

North Island

South Island

Rural Delivery
Additional $3 rural surcharge

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all NZ orders over $250.

Please note: Free shipping applies to standard-sized parcels only. Larger or bulky items may be excluded from this offer. 

If multiple items result in an oversized parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.

We offer Click & Collect as a free alternative to shipping.

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout.

Please note:

  • Some items may need to be transferred from another store location.

  • Please allow 1 working day for collection, or contact us before visiting to confirm your order is ready.

In-Store Availability

Items listed on our website are also available in our physical stores. While we always try to prioritise online orders, there may occasionally be instances where an item sells in-store at the same time.

If this occurs, we will:

  • Attempt to source another item from our supplier or another store, or

  • Contact you and provide a full refund if a replacement cannot be obtained.
