Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from The Vogue Store. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know.

Online Purchases

  • Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Cannot be returned: Sale items, gift cards, earrings (for hygiene reasons).

How to return: Email us and complete the return form included with your order, then send the item back safely. Track your parcel — we aren’t responsible for lost returns in transit.

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges or store credit available within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Returns can be made in-store or couriered at your expense.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Cannot be returned: Sale items, gift cards, earrings.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Contact us immediately if your item is faulty or damaged.

  • Return within 7 days, in original condition with proof of purchase.

  • We will replace the item where possible, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

  • Always contact us before returning any items.

  • Ensure your parcel is securely packaged with proof of purchase (and the return form for online orders).

  • Track your parcel - we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns in transit.

  • Items returned after 7 days or not meeting the criteria above may be declined. In such cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
