Products shown on our website are also available in store. This means that while we try our hardest to ensure we process your orders first, there is always a chance it may be sold in store first if there are low stock levels. In the event of this happening we will contact our stockist to attain another product for you otherwise a full refund will be given and you will be notified if this is not feasible.
We offer FREE SHIPPING ON NZ ORDERS OVER $200. This offer applies to smaller packages and does not extend to some of our larger items - Items that are excluded from free shipping will be noted at the bottom of that products description. A shipping fee may also be indicated where there are multiple items purchased causing an over sized package.

We offer CLICK AND COLLECT as an alternative shipping method (This option is available at the checkout). Just visit us in our Wild Rose store with your emailed invoice and your order is yours!

- For in-store purchases we offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
- Full priced items must be returned in store or couriered (at the customer's expense) within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase must be presented in store or packaged in your return parcel if couriered back to our store.
- Product(s) must be in original condition (unused), tags intact and be in original packaging.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards.
- Earrings (For hygiene purposes).
ONLINE PURCHASES
- For online purchases we offer online store credits or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Email us and fill out the return form enclosed in your package and send it back in your return parcel.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s, provided that the product/s are in original condition (unused), tags intact, and are accompanied with your proof of purchase.
We will do our best to first attain a replacement product for you. If this is not feasible a full refund will be given and you will be notified. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
PLEASE NOTE
Before you return your in-store or online purchased item(s), please contact us immediately. If you are returning your purchase via a courier, please ensure your parcel is packaged with your receipt/proof of purchase (and your return form if it was an online purchased item) and packaged with care.
It is strongly recommended that you track your parcel to ensure it is returned to us within the 7 day period as things can go wrong when it comes to transit and we will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods that we have not shipped ourselves.
Unfortunately if your in-store/online purchase is returned later than 7 days or if any of the items do not comply with the criteria above we may decline the return. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated but instead offer an in-store/online credit for any returned items.
