Products shown on our website are also available in store. This means that while we try our hardest to ensure we process your orders first, there is always a chance it may be sold in store first if there are low stock levels. In the event of this happening we will contact our stockist to attain another product for you otherwise a full refund will be given and you will be notified if this is not feasible.

We offer CLICK AND COLLECT as an alternative shipping method (This option is available at the checkout). Just visit us in our Wild Rose store with your emailed invoice and your order is yours!

At this stage we only ship within New Zealand.
CHANGE OF MIND
We know online shopping can be tricky at times and we want you to love what you've purchased from us! This is why if you're not happy with your product/s we will happily offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving it. This is provided that the product/s are in original condition, tags intact, unused, original packaging and are accompanied with proof of purchase. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to exchange or issue a store credit. Please note: We are under no obligation to refund due to change of mind.

If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s, provided that the product/s are in original condition, tags intact, unused and are accompanied with proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product purchased, the cost of the return will not be covered by Wild Rose & The Vogue Store and will be at your expense. Please ensure you contact us BEFORE sending back any return. You can then courier your item back to our store. We strongly recommend tracking your parcel to ensure it gets back to us within the 7 days of you receiving your parcel.
